made my appt through the my chevy app. dealer lost my appt. when I showed up there was a few moments where they were speechless to explain the mistake and left me with the impression that my appt wasn't going to be honored. I was asked to show my email confirmations several times and eventually they reluctantly completed the service. They were not rude, but they were not bending over backwards to help either.

I arrived for my 8 o'clock appointment. No one was at the desk. A elderly male came and in stood behind me. I stood at the desk, keys in hand. One associate came in and started working (logging onto his computer). Another associate came in and said good morning, how many I help you. The male stated from behind me that he had an appointment. Instead of the associate asking who was here first ( I was standing right in front of him.) he walked outside with the 2nd person in line. To say I was ready to do bodily harm at this point is ... Well. Let's just say I was fully prepared to take my business elsewhere for the blatant disregard of my presence.
